What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines that ingest, transform, and deliver data from diverse sources into analytics-ready structures.
• Optimize queries and workflows using SQL, Python, and cloud platforms like Snowflake, Databricks, Azure Data Factory, Redshift, or BigQuery.
• Partner with healthcare providers to solve complex data challenges and enable data-driven decisions.
• Apply ETL/ELT principles, data modeling, and orchestration tools like Airflow to create reliable data streams.
• Mentor counterparts and ensure high-quality, sustainable deliverables.

Requirements

• 2–5+ years in data engineering or related roles
• Strong SQL skills including query optimization and debugging
• Proficiency in Python (or Scala/Java)
• Hands-on experience with at least one: Snowflake, Databricks, Azure Data Factory, AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery, dbt, Airflow
• Familiarity with ETL/ELT, data warehousing, data modeling, cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• US-based with suitable home office
