Junior Project Manager / Program Analyst (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Support daily execution of active programs, ensuring tasks and schedules remain on track.
• Assist with financial tracking, forecasting, and reporting in coordination with FP&A teams.
• Prepare and submit monthly CDRLs and program deliverables.
• Coordinate schedules and meetings across internal teams and external customers.
• Track and manage program risks, issues, and action items.
• Translate program requirements into actionable tasks for technical teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or in-progress) in Business, Finance, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in program support or relevant internships.
• Ability to work on-site in the Dulles, VA office.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to coordinate across functional areas.
• Basic understanding of budgeting, forecasting, or financial reporting.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with project management tools like Jira, Confluence, or MS Project.
• Exposure to cybersecurity concepts, SIEM tools, or network fundamentals.
• Experience with data analysis or basic scripting in Python or SQL.
• High academic achievement (3.5+ GPA preferred).
