What you will do

• Manage all program phases including requirements analysis, schematic capture, and defining routing constraints.
• Direct PCB/PWB layout and routing activities.
• Support the manufacturing, integration, testing, and qualification of hardware systems.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop high-performance systems.
• Support the Airborne Systems business area in developing mission computers and sensor processors.

Requirements

• Must have US Citizenship and residency.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field with 8+ years of experience, or Master's degree with 6+ years of experience.
• Proven experience with circuit card designs, including advanced materials and packaging techniques.
• Working knowledge of high-speed interfaces and hardware development lifecycles.
• Ability to solve complex design challenges with minimal direction.

Nice to have

• Experience with the Siemens/Mentor Graphics Xpedition tool suite.
• Experience designing hardware incorporating embedded processors, FPGAs, or fiber optic interfaces.
• Advanced knowledge of lab equipment such as oscilloscopes and Ethernet network testers.
• Ability to identify and apply AI for continuous improvement and innovation.
