What you will do

• Define architectural principles and technical specifications for the Product Architecture to ensure scalability and reuse.
• Analyze financial services industry trends to identify innovation opportunities and eliminate non-competitive areas.
• Lead research and development of new concepts and technical initiatives within the CTO division.
• Collaborate with business development, product, and engineering teams to integrate new products and industries.
• Provide technical leadership to engineering teams, guiding the design of reusable and optimal architectures.
• Engage with third-party providers and partners to define combined use cases and exploration opportunities.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in a technology or software environment.
• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
• Deep experience in defining and communicating architectural designs and solution proposals.
• Strong expertise in cloud-native SaaS architectures, microservices, containers, and Kubernetes.
• Practical experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to commercial, business, and technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience in financial services, mobile platforms, or payment/EFT systems.
• Experience building scalable, data-rich services on microservice architecture.
• Exposure to systems engineering and requirements elicitation.
