TL;DR
Technical Lead (Go/Java/TypeScript): Driving full-cycle software development from estimation and architectural design through deployment of scalable cloud-native solutions with an accent on microservices and client communication. Focus on architecting end-to-end solutions, selecting technologies, writing unit tests, and managing cloud deployments.
Location: 100% remote with mandatory timezone flexibility to handle PST and EST schedules regularly.

What you will do
- Lead projects from estimation through deployment, enabling teams to build creative solutions.
- Architect end-to-end solutions, identify requirements, and select appropriate technologies.
- Interact directly with clients, communicating technical concepts to developers and non-technical stakeholders.
- Write and run unit tests to ensure code quality.
- Deploy applications on cloud services and manage cloud instances.
- Work independently and collaboratively in a client-facing environment across PST/EST time zones.
Requirements
- 7+ years of recent experience using at least two of: Golang, Java, or Python
- Professional experience building front-ends using TypeScript, HTML, and CSS
- Solid experience with cloud functions, hosting, and instances (GCP, GAE, Firebase, or AWS)
- Experience with microservices, containers (Docker/Kubernetes), or cloud lambda functions
- VERY strong communication skills with actual leadership experience
- Mandatory timezone flexibility for PST and EST
- Expertise with RPC, session management, authentication, and authorization protocols
- Prior experience working for an agency or service-based organization
