Communication-Driven UI/UX Designer (AR/AI): Design communication experiences across 2D UI, spatial layouts, and embodied AI agent interactions with an accent on voice, tone, timing, and spatial context. What you will do

• Design experiences of communication across 2D UI, spatial layouts, and AI agent interactions.
• Develop voice, tone, timing, and pacing guidelines for AI agents reflecting brand, audience, and context.
• Prototype from sketches to polished Figma or interactive Unity/Vue flows.
• Contribute to internal design language including layout principles, icons, and spatial behavior logic.
• Collaborate with Unity, web, and backend developers to translate designs into production interfaces.
• Occasionally implement or polish frontend features.

Requirements

• 3+ shipped AR apps: location-based, mobile-first, blending navigation with storytelling.
• 1+ years designing for AI agents: voicebots, avatars, or conversational interfaces.
• 3+ years designing SaaS platforms: dashboards, data viz, user roles, scalable systems.
• Deep understanding of communication design principles: visual hierarchy, pacing, tone, semiotics.
• Strong portfolio of shipped digital products with multimodal or cross-platform experiences.
• Comfortable prototyping in Unity or Figma for spatial UI flows.
• Systems thinking: style guides, motion languages, interaction rulesets.

Nice to have

• Fluent in Berlin’s creative tech scene (journalism, games, education, media).
• Native German speaker with fluent English skills.
