What you will do

• Architect foundational client-side systems for secure identity credential storage and utilization.
• Implement support for global standards including ICAO 9303, mDL, and mDoc.
• Develop a standards-based verifiable credentials infrastructure for privacy-preserving attestations.
• Lead client-side ZKP generation for secure proof sharing with relying parties.
• Utilize Android Keystore, StrongBox, and Secure Enclaves (TEE) to optimize security and compliance.
• Drive the technical roadmap for mobile credential management and mentor other engineers.

Requirements

• Deep experience in native Android application development.
• Domain expertise in Android's NFC stack and smart card communication (APDU, ICAO 9303).
• Hands-on expertise with Android Keystore, StrongBox/TEE, and biometric authentication APIs.
• Advanced experience integrating cryptographic libraries via JNI/Android NDK.
• Knowledge of Liveness & Biometrics, including PAD and facial matching.
• Familiarity with identity protocols such as Verifiable Credentials, eIDAS, and SD-JWT.

Nice to have

• Experience generating Zero-Knowledge Proofs (ZKPs) on mobile hardware.
• Experience with decentralized identity protocols.
