What you will do

• Own the development and evolution of key hirify.global Square mobile modules to ensure scalable, high-quality implementation.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and QA teams to deliver a consistent and smooth user experience.
• Lead performance optimization efforts to reduce latency and improve app stability.
• Maintain engineering excellence through rigorous code reviews and technical best practices.
• Utilize AI-assisted development tools to enhance coding efficiency, testing, and debugging.

Requirements

• 3+ years of mobile development experience with strong proficiency in native Android and Flutter.
• Strong grasp of mobile UI/UX principles and building user-centric experiences.
• Solid experience with mobile app architecture, including MVVM, Clean Architecture, and RESTful APIs.
• Proven ability to optimize Android performance regarding networking, rendering, and memory management.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is required to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.

Nice to have

• An active Github or NPM portfolio.
• Experience as a core developer of popular open-source projects.
• Deep knowledge of multiple programming languages or frontend frameworks.
