What you will do

• Design and execute A/B experiments across Android applications to test hypotheses and deliver measurable user value.
• Own the end-to-end experiment loop, from scoping and instrumentation to analysis and insight generation.
• Optimize subscription, onboarding, and activation flows to drive conversion and retention across multiple product lines.
• Shape the experimentation roadmap for Family Org Android in collaboration with product and engineering leadership.
• Mentor team members on instrumentation best practices and data hygiene to ensure reliable insights.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional Android development experience shipping apps at scale.
• Deep proficiency in Kotlin, Coroutines, Flow, and Android core components and their lifecycles.
• Strong knowledge of architecture patterns (MVVM, UDF) and dependency injection frameworks like Hilt or Dagger.
• Experience designing A/B experiments and integrating feature flagging tools such as LaunchDarkly or Optimizely.
• Proficiency in designing instrumentation schemas using Firebase Analytics, Amplitude, or Segment.
• Must be based in the USA.

Nice to have

• Experience with Jetpack Compose and Material theming standards.
• Familiarity with deep linking and attribution for user acquisition flows.
• Knowledge of internationalization (i18n) and localization for European markets.
• Experience with generative AI engineering workflows, including prompt engineering and LLM API integration.
