What you will do

• Coordinate regulatory deliverables and submit required documentation including formulas and technical files.
• Manage requests for IFRA, SDSs, and other compliance documentation.
• Translate regulatory requirements into packaging copy and coordinate artwork reviews with external partners.
• Act as the primary point of contact between internal teams and regulatory agencies to keep projects on track.
• Gather testing reports and coordinate with labs to track certification progress.
• Maintain organized regulatory files and support retailer compliance for platforms like Amazon, Walmart, and Target.

Requirements

• Must be based in the European Economic Area (EEA).
• Non-U.S. citizenship/residency (no domestic U.S. applications).
• 1–3 years of experience in coordination, operations, or product development.
• Strong organizational and project tracking skills.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Drive, Docs).
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience in beauty, fragrance, or consumer products.
• Exposure to regulatory processes such as SDS, IFRA, labeling, or CLP.
• Experience with artwork reviews, document control, or certification workflows.
• Experience working with external vendors, labs, or agencies.
