What you will do

• Manage outcomes for UK and EMEA government portfolios from onboarding through renewal and expansion.
• Act as the primary strategic point of contact for operational users, leadership, and procurement stakeholders.
• Develop tailored success plans to align hirify.global’s capabilities with agency mission and compliance objectives.
• Monitor account health to safeguard renewals and identify growth opportunities.
• Lead end-to-end renewal and expansion cycles and maintain an accurate retention pipeline.
• Advocate for government customer needs to Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to guide product evolution.

Requirements

• British citizenship is mandatory due to security requirements.
• Active UK Security Check (SC) clearance is required.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex stakeholder groups and procurement processes within the public sector.
• Proven success in Customer Success or Account Management for strategic accounts.
• Strong understanding of public sector operations, specifically within government agencies.
• Ability to maintain high levels of discretion and professionalism when working with law enforcement and intelligence agencies.

Nice to have

• Experience with blockchain analytics, cryptocurrency risk, or financial crime prevention.
• Familiarity with G-Cloud and other public procurement frameworks.
• Knowledge of ISO 27001, NCSC guidelines, or government security standards.
• Experience in high-security environments like defense or critical infrastructure.
