What you will do

• Design and implement an internal self-service platform for production-grade system deployment.
• Establish standards and deterministic automation to optimize system reliability and accessibility.
• Build the AI-agent surface including MCPs, Claude skills, and structured tool catalogs to drive workflows safely.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure, Security, and Developer Productivity teams to deliver internal capabilities.
• Iterate on internal platform UX based on adoption metrics and user friction.
• Participate in an on-call rotation supporting platform services and underlying infrastructure.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience with modern programming languages, ideally Golang, Ruby, and/or TypeScript.
• 5+ years of experience with Kubernetes and Crossplane for Infrastructure as Code.
• Demonstrated ability to design tooling for agentic consumption (MCPs, structured CLIs, tool contracts).
• Strong systems-thinking approach to identify high-impact changes in complex systems.
• Must be based in the United States to align with office expectations and payroll.
• Effective communication skills for simplifying complex technical topics.
