Salary: $22.61 - $28.26 per hour

What you will do

• Conduct laboratory tests and experiments according to established procedures.
• Support new product verification through rigorous testing and data reporting.
• Record, analyze, and communicate test results with high accuracy.
• Maintain and calibrate laboratory instruments and coordinate equipment repairs.
• Assist with experimental design and process optimization.
• Support investigations related to product performance or customer feedback.

Requirements

• Associate degree or higher in Chemistry or a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in a laboratory, R&D, or technical support environment.
• Proficiency with lab equipment and technical data documentation.
• Ability to follow standardized procedures and manage multiple tasks.
• Eligible to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with polymer, adhesive, or materials testing.
• Experience supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) or product development activities.
• Skills in basic equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
