What you will do

• Provide technical support, routine maintenance, and troubleshooting for control systems, specifically Siemens PCS7.
• Configure and upgrade control systems, including hardware upgrades, software patches, and control strategy improvements.
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues involving hardware, software, networks, and field instruments.
• Assist in the commissioning and start-up of new control systems and system integration.
• Provide training and technical support to customers on system operation, maintenance best practices, and safety protocols.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Control Systems Engineering, or a related field.
• Solid experience with industrial control systems, specifically Siemens PCS7 and TIA Portal.
• Hands-on experience with control system integration, HMI/SCADA systems, and field instrumentation.
• Proficiency in control logic development (PLC/DCS) and system design.
• Familiarity with industry protocols such as Profibus, Modbus, OPC, and Ethernet/IP.
• Must be based in the UK.
