What you will do

• Identify prescriptive and custom rebate opportunities for energy efficiency projects.
• Collaborate with Facility Managers and vendors to validate equipment eligibility and collect technical data.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for utilities throughout the rebate application process.
• Prepare and submit applications, including the collection of SOWs and equipment cut sheets.
• Coordinate and schedule necessary pre- and post-project site inspections.
• Track application progress and process incentive payments using Xcel and TRIRIGA systems.

Requirements

• Experience within the energy sector or utilities.
• Basic understanding of utility rebate and incentive programs.
• Ability to communicate effectively and handle repetitive data entry and phone tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Creve Coeur, Missouri.
