Salary: $146,400 - $219,600

What you will do

• Lead and align test engineers to ensure consistent application of standards, patterns, and best practices across multiple teams.
• Define and own the test architecture and automation strategy for cloud-native platforms, including microservices, APIs, and data pipelines.
• Evaluate and introduce modern tools, frameworks, and methodologies to improve quality engineering capabilities.
• Establish and maintain full traceability from software requirements through verification test design, execution, and reporting.
• Mentor and coach engineers on test design, automation best practices, and quality engineering principles.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, CS, or related field with minimum 7 years of experience (or 5 years with an advanced degree).
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD platforms (AWS, Azure) and test automation tools (Selenium, Playwright, Pytest, Junit).
• Strong expertise in back-end development (AWS, C#, REST APIs, Databases).
• Strong proficiency in Windows application development (.Net, C#, C++, Java, JavaScript, Python).
• Experience with behavior-driven and test-driven development practices, including Gherkin and YAML.
• Must be based in or eligible to work in the USA.
