What you will do

• Drive sustainable growth by building and deepening relationships with China-based collectors.
• Identify new client segments and forge strategic partnerships to originate high-value opportunities.
• Manage all facets of the China business, ensuring operational excellence and resilience.
• Collaborate with global category heads to optimize cross-category sales and integrate clients into the worldwide network.
• Oversee regulatory compliance and risk management within the dynamic China regulatory landscape.
• Define and execute the China strategy in alignment with regional and global priorities.

Requirements

• 15+ years of leadership experience in auction houses, luxury, or client-centric sectors.
• Proven track record of growing high-value relationships and commercial outcomes in China.
• Deep expertise in China market dynamics, regulations, and culture.
• Proven experience in operations management across finance, HR, and compliance.
• Fluent in Chinese and English.
• Executive presence and ability to operate in a matrixed global structure.
