What you will do

• Maintain and enforce Nestle Quality Standards and Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) standards.
• Lead the development and regular auditing of Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) plans.
• Audit raw material, packaging, and other suppliers for regulatory and internal compliance.
• Supervise, mentor, and provide training to the quality technician team.
• Analyze data trends to reduce waste and optimize production processes.

Requirements

• Proven experience in quality management within food production.
• Expertise in HACCP and GFSI standards.
• Experience in supplier auditing and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to lead and develop a technical team.
