What you will do

• Coordinate with stakeholders across compliance operations, product, and technology teams to identify root causes of incidents and manage action plans.
• Proactively identify areas for process improvement and implement creative solutions to maximize efficiency.
• Oversee operational processes and manage the change control framework to ensure alignment with Sanctions Compliance Global Operational Procedures.
• Conduct testing and tuning of compliance risk rules and perform UAT testing before system enhancements.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Crypto-related Investigations, Sanctions, or Monitoring.
• Proficiency with crypto analytics tools such as Chainalysis, Elliptic, or TRM.
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills and extensive experience in compliance functions.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and manage multiple assignments in an unstructured environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
