Content Manager (Private Wealth Events)

Location: On-site in London, United Kingdom; working hours are 11am–8pm UK time. Eligibility to work in the UK is required. Travel to North America for summits may be required up to four times per year.

Remuneration: £33,000–£35,000 per year, plus bonuses.

What you will do

• Research and build relationships with investment leaders in private wealth, including heads of investments and senior decision-makers.
• Communicate the value of alternative investment events and secure participation from target speakers through calls, email, LinkedIn, and professional networks.
• Conduct desk and telephone research and write investment-focused conference programs.
• Manage the speaker pipeline and follow-ups using HubSpot and effective CRM practices.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales on messaging and audience development strategies.
• Meet speaker participation and revenue targets and attend private wealth summits in North America.

Requirements

• Eligibility to work in the UK.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Economics.
• 1–2 years of experience in financial services, investor relations, or alternative investments.
• Strong familiarity with family offices and the RIA space.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with confidence engaging C-level professionals.
• Self-driven, resilient, highly organized, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with HubSpot.
• Proficiency in CRM platforms and pipeline management best practices.
