What you will do

  • Partner with Head of People to design global compensation philosophy aligned with business goals and culture.
  • Define compensation principles for pay competitiveness, internal equity, performance, transparency, and total rewards.
  • Build scalable global job architecture including job families, career tracks, leveling, and salary structures.
  • Conduct compensation benchmarking with market data sources like Mercer, Radford to set pay ranges.
  • Lead annual compensation cycles including merit reviews, promotions, and equity refreshes across countries.
  • Advise on offers, retention, mobility, and hiring with data-driven recommendations.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years in Compensation & Benefits, Total Rewards, or Reward Consulting with ownership of comp philosophy or job architecture project.
  • Proven experience operating across multiple countries, ideally EU markets (UK/US a plus).
  • Experience in scaling environment (scale-up or growth-stage) strongly preferred.
