What you will do
- Manage administrative tasks to ensure the payroll process adheres to local rules and labor regulations.
- Validate payroll data inputs and ensure accurate calculations of wages, deductions, overtime, and severances.
- Administer employee benefit programs, including life and health insurance and retirement plans.
- Maintain compliant payroll records and prepare detailed reports for audits and legal requirements.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding compensation, deductions, and benefit options.
- Liaise with insurance providers to resolve issues and maintain compliance.
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources or a similar field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in benefits and payroll administration.
- Fluent English proficiency is mandatory.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel skills.
- Solid understanding of employment and payroll laws and regulations.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
