What you will do

  • Manage weekly follow-ups for overdue accounts through professional written communication.
  • Investigate billing issues, payment discrepancies, and account inconsistencies using system data and customer records.
  • Partner with Customer Success and Billing Operations to resolve account issues and manage payment extensions.
  • Maintain accurate Salesforce records, including Renewal Opportunities and Closed Lost statuses.
  • Ensure data consistency across Salesforce and Zuora to prevent billing and collection errors.
  • Prepare structured documentation for escalations, settlements, or legal review cases.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in Collections, Accounts Receivable, Finance Operations, or Billing Operations.
  • Location: Must be based in the Philippines (Manila)
  • Experience in SaaS or subscription-based businesses is strongly preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce is highly preferred.
  • Strong Excel skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Zuora or similar billing systems.
