What you will do

• Partner with stakeholders to define problem space, pitch technical solutions, and own delivery to production
• Identify data bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement
• Pitch and deliver architectural improvements to the data platform
• Influence the roadmap towards technical excellence in data engineering
• Collaborate in a team of senior engineers on data platform solutions solving real business and customer problems

Requirements

• Sufficient knowledge of English for professional verbal and written communication with worldwide colleagues and partners
• Strong software engineering fundamentals applied to data
• Expertise with data streaming technologies such as Kafka and Flink
• Autonomous and effective in a team setting
• Experience working with non-technical stakeholders, translating needs to technical requirements
