What you will do

• Lead cross-functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute the remediation of asset discrepancies that may incur risk.
• Analyze ServiceNow database attributes to identify and assign items for tracking and remediation.
• Partner with Asset Class Owners (ACO) and product SMEs to ensure records are accurate and aligned across systems.
• Perform recurring trend analysis to identify potential logic updates or gaps in processes and tools.
• Produce key performance metrics and data for leadership to drive strategic decision-making.
• Provide technical guidance and expertise within the ServiceNow solution for less experienced users.

Requirements

• Must be based in Charlotte, NC for hybrid work.
• 5+ years of experience in Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning.
• 1+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow.
• 1+ years of working knowledge of IT Infrastructure (managing, supporting, or implementing) and network topology.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills for solving complex data issues.

Nice to have

• Experience working in an agile development environment.
• Proficiency in Excel and experience creating dashboards to manage key metrics.
• Deep understanding of IT infrastructure, including both hardware and virtual machines.
• Experience in inventory and asset management.
