AI Team Lead (EdTech)

Location: Fully Remote (Work from anywhere)

What you will do

• Lead and mentor a remote-first team of Machine Learning Engineers.
• Architect, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning solutions in production.
• Define AI strategy across use cases including LLMs, search, recommendations, and computer vision.
• Ensure high-quality delivery across the ML lifecycle from data and models to monitoring.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and sales teams to align AI development with company goals.
• Integrate the latest AI research and innovative approaches into the existing technical stack.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in machine learning engineering.
• Previous experience as an ML Engineer within an application company, integrating ML into end-user products.
• Strong experience with deep learning, ML pipelines, and production deployments.
• Hands-on background in LLMs/RAG systems, Computer Vision, or Recommendation Engines.
• Solid understanding of SQL and distributed system fundamentals.
• Familiarity with MLOps and cloud-native tools (GCP, AWS, or Azure).
