What you will do

• Install, support, and maintain servers, desktops, laptops, and other devices.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and software licenses.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues in internal IT systems.
• Plan for and respond to service outages and system problems.
• Support employees with technical issues and provide guidance.
• Ensure data integrity through backups, restores, and secure access.
• Monitor networks and servers for availability and performance.

Travel may be required from time to time according to business needs.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a System Administrator or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, and network management.
• Experience with server setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with virtualization, cloud platforms, and backup solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
