What you will do

• Act as the CMO for specific products, including AI Website Builder, VPS, and AI Automation.
• Develop and own the go-to-market (GTM) strategy, including product positioning and messaging.
• Scale product growth by identifying new opportunities and unlocking diverse acquisition channels.
• Partner with Product, Performance, and Organic teams to align roadmaps and accelerate adoption in priority markets.
• Monitor emerging industry trends and translate them into scalable growth initiatives using real-time metrics.
• Lead and mentor a team of highly skilled professionals with a hands-on approach.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in product marketing and digital marketing.
• Proven track record of driving business growth through product and performance marketing.
• Experience leading GTM strategy and execution.
• Strong expertise in product positioning and messaging.
• Deep understanding of performance marketing metrics and how to optimize them.
• Must be able to work from anywhere in the world or be based in Lithuania.
