What you will do

• Run rapid growth experiments across acquisition and activation funnels.
• Identify and validate the most effective paid, organic, and partnership channels for new products.
• Analyze data to extract insights and continuously improve conversion rates and user journeys.
• Test value propositions, pricing, landing pages, and messaging to optimize conversion.
• Scale successful experiments into repeatable growth playbooks.
• Partner with analytics and cross-functional teams to define success metrics and improve workflows.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in growth marketing and digital performance marketing.
• Proficiency in funnel building, A/B testing, tracking, and data interpretation.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data to shape strategies.
• Experience working in fast-paced environments with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and take full ownership of projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
