Lead Security Engineer

What you will do

• Define and drive the security engineering roadmap across cloud and on-premise environments
• Lead design and implementation of scalable security controls, standards, and best practices
• Partner with architecture, platform, and software engineering teams to embed security into infrastructure, platforms, and delivery lifecycles
• Own selection, implementation, and maturity of security tooling and automation
• Build and mature incident response, vulnerability management, and remediation processes
• Mentor security engineers and contribute to platform and infrastructure resilience from a security perspective

Requirements

• 5+ years in dedicated security-focused engineering role in complex, high-availability environments
• Strong background in security engineering across cloud and on-premise infrastructure
• Deep understanding of cloud/hybrid security principles and securing Kubernetes/container orchestration
• Strong knowledge of infrastructure, networking, IAM, secrets management, and system hardening
• Hands-on experience with security tooling, automation, and IaC
• Strong understanding of modern application and infrastructure attack vectors
• Ability to influence engineering teams and stakeholders through technical leadership
