What you will do

• Build and scale a 24x7 Security Operations Center (SOC) for hirify.global.
• Manage and develop a team of SOC analysts through hiring, training, and performance management.
• Own alert monitoring, investigation, and escalation across infrastructure, endpoints, and enterprise systems.
• Drive adoption of AI and automation to improve alert triage, enrichment, and response workflows.
• Establish operational metrics including SLAs, MTTR, alert fidelity, and coverage.
• Drive process and workflow improvements that increase consistency and response quality.

Requirements

• 6–10+ years of experience in security operations or SOC environments.
• 2+ years of experience managing or leading security operations teams.
• Strong understanding of SOC workflows, triage processes, and escalation models.
• Hands-on experience with SIEM, EDR/XDR, and security monitoring tools.
• Familiarity with cloud environments and modern infrastructure.
• Experience building or scaling 24x7 operations and shift-based teams.

Nice to have

• Experience leveraging or implementing automation and AI-assisted workflows in security operations.
• Experience in high-scale or infrastructure-heavy environments, AI/ML environments, GPU-based infrastructure, SOAR platforms, or close partnership with detection engineering and incident response teams is a plus.
