What you will do

• Lead threat modeling and security review exercises across production and CI/CD environments, identifying and mitigating risks.
• Drive vulnerability management and remediation by prioritizing issues, implementing mitigations, and designing preventative controls.
• Extend detection and response capabilities by building scalable solutions to identify malicious activity, triage alerts, and remediate incidents.
• Partner with engineering and operations teams to deliver secure-by-design solutions and influence security hardening of environments.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in security engineering or security operations in cloud environments.
• Hands-on experience with AWS (or equivalent experience in Azure and GCP).
• Experience with Kubernetes and container infrastructure (e.g., AWS EKS).
• Strong knowledge of IAM and managing cloud identities at scale.
• Experience with secure development and application of IaC (Terraform, Helm).
• Must have the legal right to work in the United Kingdom without visa sponsorship.
