What you will do

• Analyze product performance and user behavior to generate actionable insights.
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs to support product and business decisions.
• Partner with Product Managers to evaluate feature performance and identify optimization opportunities.
• Design, monitor, and analyze A/B tests and experiments.
• Identify trends and bottlenecks across the customer journey and conversion funnels.
• Collaborate with Data, Marketing, and R&D teams to define tracking and measurement frameworks.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Product Analyst, Data Analyst, or in a similar analytical role.
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets.
• Experience with BI and visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, Power BI, Mixpanel, or similar.
• Experience in B2C and large-scale platforms.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to present insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working in cross-functional Agile environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with Python, statistical analysis, or experimentation frameworks.
• Experience in healthtech or telemedicine companies.
