What you will do

• Influence IT strategy by understanding industry trends and acting as a partner from conceptual model to execution.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for data warehousing and data mart modeling.
• Act as the primary liaison between end-users and the IT development team.
• Manage the portfolio of upcoming initiatives, setting priorities and defining arbitration.
• Support governance and audit topics within the Shared Service Center.
• Ensure all solutions adhere to SDLC guidelines and maintain high quality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
• 3+ years of experience in IT Business Analysis within a financial institution.
• Mastery of English is required.
• Strong technical problem-solving skills and experience with process analysis and testing methods.
• Knowledge of data types, data comparison, and data cleaning.
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with ETL development, Unix, SQL, and Autosys.
• Knowledge of Power BI and SAP Business Objects.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Previous experience in the banking industry.
