What you will do

  • Develop and execute the overall company marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage and optimize B2B lead generation campaigns, measuring results and scaling performance.
  • Oversee the marketing budget and coordinate marketing campaigns with sales activities.
  • Manage brand identity and create a wide range of online and print marketing materials.
  • Lead and grow the marketing team, delegating tasks and coordinating cross-functional efforts.
  • Analyze potential strategic partnership opportunities to enhance company marketing.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product and marketing management, including growth strategy development.
  • Strong expertise in B2B digital marketing, SEO, and LinkedIn advertising.
  • Proven experience in team leadership, including attracting talent and setting clear objectives.
  • English: B2 (Upper-Intermediate) or higher required for daily communication.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
  • Location: Must be based in Ukraine.
