A high-impact employer branding opportunity for someone who loves building communities, creating standout events, and shaping how top technical talent sees a company.

Àlber Blanc Capital is a fast-moving firm where performance, autonomy, and execution matter. Based in Limassol, the company is looking for someone who can strengthen its employer brand externally while also elevating internal communications and employee engagement.

This is a hands-on strategic role combining employer branding, events, partnerships, communications, and community building.

What you’ll do:
— Develop and execute the external employer brand strategy
— Organize and lead online and offline events including conferences, meetups, university initiatives, and tech community programs
— Build partnerships with universities, student communities, competitive programming groups, and external tech ecosystems
— Create internal communication formats including all-hands, leadership updates, Q&A sessions, internal talks, and knowledge-sharing events
— Develop messaging, content, and tone of voice for employer brand initiatives
— Analyze effectiveness of branding campaigns, events, and communication efforts, and optimize accordingly
— Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external audiences to drive engagement

What they’re looking for:
— 3+ years of experience in employer branding, event management, internal communications, campus recruiting, or marketing
— Hands-on experience running conferences, meetups, community initiatives, or large-scale events
— Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
— Structured, detail-oriented execution mindset with strong ownership
— Ability to turn ideas into clear action plans, budgets, timelines, and measurable outcomes
— Strong writing skills with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences
