What you will do

• Lead updates and improvements to restaurant menus and retail assortments on the platform.
• Conduct regular quality and satisfaction assessments to ensure high service standards.
• Train partner venues on using hirify.global’s Portal and equipment.
• Assist Account Management and Merchant teams with administrative tasks and performance initiatives.
• Resolve technical issues related to merchant operations and equipment.
• Identify bottlenecks, suggest improvements, and own projects for partner satisfaction and efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal teams for seamless experiences with new and existing partners.

Requirements

• Fluent in Greek & English – both essential
• Detail-oriented and organized with enjoyment of structure.
• Customer-focused mindset; experience in customer service, administration, or sales support is a plus.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with digital tools and data management.
• Great communicator for regular contact with merchants and internal teams.
