What you will do

• Ship and refresh content at pace: rewrite existing pages, publish new pages for prioritized keyword clusters, optimize against top-ranking competitors.
• Build backlinks and authority: outreach for guest posts and placements, identify content gaps, manage backlink profile with tools like BuzzStream.
• Track and report: monitor keyword rankings weekly, log experiments in team tracker, write async recaps on results.

Requirements

• 1-3 years hands-on SEO or content execution experience; personally edited pages, published content, managed outreach.
• Proficient with SEO tools (Ahrefs, Semrush), CMS (WordPress, Webflow), Google Search Console.
• Strong written English for producing/editing 1,500-word pages; comfortable working asynchronously across time zones.
• Fast executor who ships daily, measured on output like shipped volume and ranking movement.

Nice to have

• Experience with structured data, schema markup, or technical SEO basics.
