What you will do

• Execute and optimise paid campaigns across key platforms (e.g. LinkedIn, Google).
• Support execution of ABM and targeted campaigns.
• Support planning and optimisation of webinars and sponsored digital events.
• Implement website updates and optimisation initiatives.
• Track performance across website, ABM and paid channels.

Requirements

• Experience: 3-5 years of professional experience in digital, performance, or growth marketing, with hands-on experience managing paid media platforms (e.g. LinkedIn, Google) and delivering measurable impact.
• Experience with website optimisation, analytics, and reporting tools; confident using performance dashboards and data-driven insights to inform decision-making; and practical experience managing and leveraging CRM systems, including HubSpot.
• Understanding of performance marketing, optimisation, and lead generation principles; experience with ABM or targeted B2B marketing is desirable; ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (native or near-native level)
