What you will do

• Serve as the primary escalation point for complex connectivity, routing, and switching issues escalated from Tier 1.
• Configure and maintain firewalls (Fortinet, Cisco, Palo Alto), VPN tunnels, and WAN optimizations.
• Collaborate with vendors and ISPs to resolve circuit-level and infrastructure issues.
• Support the onboarding of new client networks through device provisioning, validation, and monitoring integration.
• Perform firmware upgrades, health remediations, and document root cause analyses (RCA) and SOPs.
• Mentor Tier 1 staff and contribute to technical training and skill development.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of hands-on networking experience in a NOC, MSP, or enterprise setting.
• Deep understanding of IP routing (BGP, OSPF), switching, and Layer 2/3 concepts.
• Proven experience configuring and supporting Fortinet, Cisco, or Palo Alto devices.
• Proficiency in CLI tools, packet captures, and log analysis.
• Familiarity with NMS/RMM platforms such as SolarWinds or Zabbix.
• Location: Must be based in Warsaw, Poland

Nice to have

• Certifications: Fortinet NSE 4/5, Cisco CCNA/CCNP, or CompTIA Network+.
