Bid Management Specialist (Energy)

Location: Ideally based in Delft, Netherlands. Candidates based in Germany are considered but must be present in Delft for the first 6–8 months for onboarding.

What you will do

• Coordinate high-voltage cable system project requests and manage low- and medium-voltage framework contracts.
• Review tender documents, lead interdisciplinary bid teams, and prepare detailed cost estimates.
• Collaborate with Sales, R&D, Finance, and Legal to align offers with the company portfolio.
• Manage customer communication during the tender process, including submitting queries and presenting offers.
• Handle order processing and internal handovers to Project Management upon contract award.
• Align production forecasts with factories and coordinate deliveries with the supply chain.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a Commercial or Technical field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both German and English.
• Affinity for technology and a strong interest in the energy transition.
• Knowledge of SAP and project management principles.
• Experience in a production or project environment, ideally within a matrix organization.
