What you will do

• Establish and manage end-to-end program governance, delivery cadences, milestone tracking, and quality gates for GEO practice.
• Own master delivery tracker, weekly reviews, risk surfacing, and continuous process improvements across engagements.
• Handle resource allocation, capacity planning, onboarding, and utilization reporting aligned with pipeline and hiring.
• Track engagement financials, prepare practice dashboards, support operating plan development, and manage SOW administration.
• Serve as program manager for key accounts, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage escalations, and track CSAT/NPS.
• Implement PM tools, build knowledge repositories, and drive adoption of SOPs and best practices.

Requirements

• 7+ years in program/project management, delivery operations, or PMO, preferably in digital services or consulting.
• Proven track record managing multi-workstream programs with 5+ concurrent engagements.
• Experience with financial tracking, P&L reporting, resource management, and client-facing steering committees.
• Strong skills in Agile/waterfall methodologies, Jira/Asana/Smartsheet, advanced Excel/PowerBI, and stakeholder communication.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related; MBA or PMP/PgMP preferred.

• Exposure to life sciences/healthcare, pharma operations, or digital marketing/SEO.
• CSM/SAFe certifications and familiarity with agency delivery models.
