What you will do

• Contribute to the development and delivery of complex combat systems for the navy.
• Handle requirements management, system architecture, and systems integration.
• Execute verification and validation (V&V) processes to ensure system capability.
• Participate in and conduct mandatory design reviews such as SRR, PDR, and CDR.
• Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including the end customer.

Requirements

• Tertiary qualification in engineering (e.g., Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in systems engineering.
• Australian citizenship is mandatory.
• Must hold or be able to obtain an AGSVA security clearance.
• Proficiency in MS Office and tools like DOORS.

Nice to have

• Experience working within an ASDEFCON context.
• Background in shipbuilding or combat systems programs.
• Experience in complex defence industry engineering programmes.
