What you will do

• Lead and contribute to major initiatives to expand and refine the product.
• Build high-quality, scalable solutions that grow with the business.
• Drive technical excellence and help teammates elevate their technical standards.
• Collaborate with other Senior Engineers to solve complex architectural challenges.
• Take end-to-end ownership of results in a highly collaborative environment.
• Mentor and coach others on both technical and soft skills.

Requirements

• Proficiency with React, Node, TypeScript, AWS, and Postgres.
• 8+ years of relevant, on-the-job software engineering experience.
• Strong expertise in software development patterns and practices.
• Ability to design reliable, scalable, and secure solutions.
• Experience in mentoring and coaching other engineers.
