TL;DR

Location: On-site in Berlin
Salary: €90k – €140k + Equity

What you will do
- Own features end-to-end: from customer problem scoping and design to implementation and shipping.
- Collaborate directly with users through customer calls and workshops to inform product decisions.
- Develop core product surfaces including Chat, Agents, Workflows, and mobile applications.
- Build infrastructure for agent evaluation, workspace governance, and external plugins for Excel and Outlook.
- Work in small, fast-moving temporary squads to ship high-quality software continuously.
Requirements
- 3 to 6 years of full-stack experience shipping production software.
- Proficiency in TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
- Experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, queues, and asynchronous workflows.
- Must be based in or be able to work on-site in Berlin.
- Working understanding of LLMs, including context windows, tool calling, and streaming.
- Demonstrated ability to ship end-to-end projects via side projects, open source, or commercial products.
Nice to have
- Experience with Next.js, Tailwind, React Native, or Expo.
- Strong opinions and experience with AI development tools like Cursor or Claude.
