What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop the Short Range Market & Analytics team of Technical Product Managers, setting objectives for effective delivery and growth.
• Develop and refresh the 5-year market outlook for short-range wireless, including sizing, forecasting, trends, and opportunities to inform product investments.
• Oversee use-case research and market requirements gathering across verticals, consolidating customer feedback into coherent insights for product definition.
• Establish competitive analysis processes, monitoring roadmaps and technologies to assess threats and shape portfolio strategy.
• Align stakeholders by communicating market insights and outlooks to teams and leadership for unified strategic planning.

Requirements

• Demonstrated success in product management or technical leadership roles.
• Experience analyzing commercial data and developing multi-year market forecasts.
• Ability to connect product decisions to market needs while balancing technical and business priorities.
• Experience translating customer requirements into technical specifications and product documentation (e.g., PRDs).
• Understanding of wireless microcontroller and connectivity technologies.
