What you will do

• Lead product delivery from intent to adoption, moving beyond simple deployment to ensure business impact.
• Translate client goals and constraints into clear product direction, buildable requirements, and measurable delivery plans.
• Run agile delivery rhythms, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily standups, and retrospectives.
• Own backlog readiness, story decomposition, and delivery traceability to ensure high requirements quality.
• Facilitate stakeholder alignment, clarify decision rights, and navigate complex political dynamics within client organizations.
• Define success indicators, adoption signals, and release readiness criteria before delivery begins.

Requirements

• Experience leading agile delivery teams in a client-facing consulting, agency, or complex enterprise environment.
• Proven ability to operate within waterfall, phase-gated, or governance-heavy environments while implementing iterative work.
• Strong expertise in product delivery, including backlog management, story decomposition, and release planning.
• Advanced project leadership skills in dependency management, risk mitigation, and executive communication.
• Strong business analysis instincts for process clarity and specification quality.
• Location: Must be based in or be able to work onsite in Kaiseraugst, Switzerland.

Nice to have

• Experience with digital product builds, modernization efforts, or custom software delivery.
• Proficiency with Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Miro, or Figma.
• Experience using AI-enabled tools to improve discovery, analysis, and delivery flow.
