Product Manager (Embedded)

What you will do

• Drive the definition of requirements and specifications in close cooperation with architects and customer stakeholders.
• Create project plans, define integration milestones, and monitor progress against development timelines.
• Manage project budgets and report KPIs and results to Project Review Boards.
• Interface with suppliers, internal stakeholders, research teams, and third parties.
• Lead NPI (New Product Introduction) execution within established timelines and target costs.

Requirements

• Background in electrical engineering, hardware, software development, or data science.
• Understanding of embedded software design and verification methodologies.
• Strong program management experience in managing complex technical projects including hardware and software components.
• Valid visa and work permit to work in Romania.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in risk and issue management and critical thinking.

Nice to have

• Experience with Agile Project Management processes.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Sciforma, or other Product and Portfolio Management tools.
• PMI/PMP certification.
