TL;DR
Premium Support Specialist (EPM): Providing functional and technical assistance for planning and reporting solutions for key enterprise accounts with an accent on EPM, OLAP, and business process optimization. Focus on root-cause analysis, translating complex business requirements into platform solutions, and collaborating with the product team to improve the Platform.
Location: Hybrid (Madrid, Spain) — 3 days at the office and 2 days working from home each week.

What you will do
- Provide qualified functional and technical assistance for existing customer planning and reporting solutions.
- Facilitate knowledge transfer processes between delivery and maintenance teams.
- Translate complex business requirements into technical solutions within the platform.
- Identify application improvement areas and relay customer/market feedback to the Product team.
- Collaborate with Senior Specialists to provide insights on new platform features.
- Manage reactive support for existing customers to resolve application issues.
Requirements
- Educational background in Business, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, MIS, Mathematics, or a relevant technical field.
- Experience with EPM and Planning tools.
- Previous Support or Consulting experience within Supply Chain, FP&A, or Retail planning.
- Strong troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and reverse engineering capacity.
- Ability to grasp elaborate business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Nice to have
- Good understanding of financial processes (e.g., Financial Consolidation and Lease Reporting).
- Exposure to multi-dimensional or OLAP technology.
- Knowledge of SQL.
