TL;DR
International CX Consultant (HRtech): Providing high-quality customer experience and software consultancy for HR management tools with an accent on customer relationship management and environment optimization. Focus on solving technical queries via ticket systems, advising customers on software optimization, and collaborating with internal product experts.
Location: Hybrid (Must be based in or near Malaga, Spain)
Salary: €25,000–€30,000 + annual variable bonus

What you will do
- Act as the primary point of contact for international customers in the DACH region regarding software usage.
- Manage and resolve customer inquiries through the Ticket Management System.
- Consult customers on optimizing their Protime software environment.
- Build and maintain trust-based relationships with customer contacts.
- Collaborate with internal customer experts to clarify needs and provide leads.
Requirements
- Fluent in English and either Norwegian or Finnish.
- Must reside in or near Malaga, Spain.
- Strong analytical skills and a consultancy mindset.
- Interest in HR software applications and labor laws.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Nice to have
- Prior experience in a German work context.
- Knowledge of German labor laws.
